Welcome to the Frank Raffone State Farm Agency. We are located in Port Jefferson Station, NY. Our State Farm team is available in the office Monday to Friday and is ready to work with you! and help determine you Insurance Need.

I’ve worked in the insurance industry for over 37 years, the last 25 of which I’ve spent with State Farm. I began my career as a customer service rep, then as an agent, and 12 years in management as a sales leader. I realized, however, my true passion is for helping people directly, so, when my sons left for college, I took the plunge to become an agent again, and opened my own agency.

Today I’m proud to serve Port Jefferson Station on Long Island as well as surrounding areas, including Suffolk, Nassau, Setauket, Mount Sinai, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and the Bronx. My office handles a wide variety of insurance options to fit your needs, including homeowners, small business, auto, life, business liability, commercial auto and fire, workers compensation, and financial services. We also handle insurance for boats, RVs, motorcycles, ATVs, campers, and snowmobiles.

My top priority as an agent is serving my customers. I’m honest, open, and straightforward, and I make sure people know exactly what they’re getting. I don’t believe in upselling or trying to get people to buy coverage they don’t need—in the long run, that doesn’t help anyone. I’m a hands-on agent, and I enjoy being available to support my team and provide personal service to our customers. We welcome everyone into our office—y hablamos español.

Originally from Connecticut, I graduated from Southern Connecticut University with a bachelor’s degree in Economics. My family and I then lived in Florida for a while, before we eventually moved back to the northeast, and we’ve lived in New York ever since. I am a sports fan, particularly so when it comes to hockey. I played in college, and my sons grew up playing hockey as well. When it’s not hockey season, I like to get out on the golf course when I can. I’m passionate about family, and I like to support family-oriented events in the community. I’m also a proud member of the local Chamber of Commerce.
